We deliver across Pakistan to all serviceable locations through our courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or unexpected courier delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

AKS does not offer returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to our exchange conditions.

How can I exchange an item?

Contact us within three days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Exchange delivery charges are normally paid by the customer.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes, size or colour exchanges are possible within three days, depending on stock availability.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact AKS immediately and share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Are product colours exactly the same as shown online?

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
