Products and Prices
Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability.
Orders and Payments
AKS may cancel an order due to incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing errors or unsuccessful customer confirmation. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping
Customers must provide a complete address and active phone number. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Exchanges and Refunds
AKS does not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery only when the item is:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchange delivery charges are paid by the customer. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items must be reported immediately with clear photos or videos.
